Companies large and small are under enormous pressure for rapid growth. To some, this is in-store sales, revenue per visitor, average room rates, etc. For others, it is how fast their social media following increases or how many "likes" they have.

The issue is -- these worlds have intersected, and the need to increase margins by turning a blind eye to risk is real.  We also see an abnormally impatient approach for firms to 'be bold" and push the envelope. To an untrained eye, this introduces risk, and, realized or not, the egg timer on litigation or social reputation disaster is unfortunately ticking.
